Scalextric SSD chip (smaller) SP15b

Small in-car chip for Scalextric SSD digital. The new board is smaller than the SP12 and it may be installed easily even in models with little space available, for instance the classic cars.
It also allows to add an infra-red LED on wires (for more flexible chip positioning)
